Why does this matter? It matters because money (I trust that you know what kind of 'money' I am referring to) is the single most important resource in the entire bloons series and especially in Battles 1 and 2. Because of that, players aren't going to waste their cash on a rush that won't work, leading to both players not rushing at all. Why does this matter?
